Council Member Springsteen made the following motion, seconded by Council Member Nash, "I move to approve a Fairfax County funded change order for the Nutley Street Culvert Construction Contract, IFB 25-02, in the amount of $253,003.50 and increase the contract value to $1,852,221.55 plus 25% contingency reserve for a total authorization of $2,315,277 as described in this report." The motion carried by the following vote:
